Terms and Conditions

1.Payment is through Paypal, or cheque/PO with printer order. Your order will be despatched on cheque clearance.

2.If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it recorded delivery within 7 days of purchase, and your payment will be refunded in full. The refund will be made to the person who paid for the goods.

3.If you want a replacement I will refund your postage.

4.Your are buying and I am selling you Jewellery. Unfortunately for both of us, Royal Mail does not cover Jewellery for insurance purposes under its standard postage rate. If you wish to take the risk on Standard 1st class postage, you may do so. I will not be responsible for replacement. I always get a certificate of posting and will provide a copy if necessary. Any order over £10.00 is dispatched by recorded delivery. This provides you with insurance cover if necessary. All orders over £100 go Next Day Special Delivery at no extra cost to you (which provides insurance cover).

5.Your name and address will not be passed on to any third party.

6.Your order details will be kept on file by Orkney Bracelets to comply with current retail legislation.
